A native Tennessean, Miller Sullivan brings a political science and law background, a strong work ethic, and problem-solving skills to Cole Law Group. Miller attended Washington and Lee University School of Law in Virginia after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Tennessee.
Miller is particularly interested in labor and employment law, focusing on discrimination, hostile work environment, retaliatory discharge, and wage-and-hour disputes. His externship in law school at the Office of the General Counsel at Virginia Military Institute provided valuable insight into the intersection of education and employment law, specifically working with Title IX of the Civil Rights Act and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.
As an associate, Miller strives to provide practical advice to his clients, allowing them to see all available legal options and litigation strategies. While he is a dedicated and zealous advocate, Miller seeks to create beneficial solutions for both parties. He comprehends that this necessitates trust and endeavors to cultivate such trust by consistently demonstrating integrity and loyalty in his professional interactions. Still, Miller is committed to vigorously fighting for the rights of his clients when disputes escalate and traditional litigation is unavoidable.
Miller enjoys hiking, watching Tennessee football, and listening to vinyl records in his free time.
